Tin is one of the materials used in the traditional crafts passed down in Toyama Prefecture, Japan.
At Bluno, we cast the tin ourselves and combine it with leather.
By bringing one form of handwork together with another,
we create a quiet presence found nowhere else.

⚪︎About the material
We use vegetable-tanned leather made in Tuscany, Italy.
Slowly tanned using natural ingredients from plants such as mimosa and chestnut trees, this oil-rich leather develops a deeper sheen and richer character with use.

We value the natural character of leather, so each piece has its own individual variations.

⚪︎How it is made

Each piece is made entirely by hand stitching.
It takes time, but the result is a durable construction made to last.

We also offer repairs, including loose stitching and hardware replacement,
so you can continue to enjoy your wallet as it ages over the years.
